Getting to know you
After we receive your application, we will invite you to participate in a telephone interview. In this interview, we will describe the open position to you. We will also get to know you and your skills. Applicants will be notified of their application status.
If you have impressed us in the telephone interview, we will invite you to an in-person interview. Here, we are primarily interested in seeing your soft skills. We will also clarify any questions concerning the general nature of the job.
You get feedback
After your interview, we will take a few days to make a decision. You will then be notified of your application status. Once a decision has been made, the selected candidate will receive an offer letter.
